Every band
The whole product, for every licensed tenant.
A band is a number of tenant licences a month. A customer on the quarterly schedule uses one for the billing period. Nothing else is metered.

Put a customer on the schedule and it is assessed every quarter from then on, with the comparison kept between runs. Take one off and the licence frees at the end of the period. Need a customer looked at now? The included on-demand assessment is there once every 7 days, and a paid one-off always is.

- What does the subscription include?
- Each licensed tenant receives one scheduled Assessment-level assessment every 90 days, and one included on-demand assessment at most once every 7 days. Plus the portfolio, Your week, Prepare conversation, your services and reports in your name.
- Does a single Assessment renew?
- No. This Assessment purchase is one-off and does not create a subscription: one assessment, one payment, nothing renews. A second scan, whenever you choose, opens with what changed since the first.
- Can I buy In-Depth for a tenant on my subscription?
- Yes. In-Depth is ordered separately for any tenant, at your partner rate, and includes the Worklist, an hour together and the 90-day verification.
- What counts as 100 staff?
- Licensed users in the tenant. Above that, tell us and we will quote; it is a larger scan rather than a different product.
- What if access is never approved?
- A single assessment is refunded in full if the Global Administrator’s approval does not arrive within a month. A subscribed tenant simply waits on the schedule until it is approved.
- What if the report finds nothing?
- You would hold a document saying so, with the evidence, which is worth having when a customer, insurer or auditor asks. In practice every tenant has something worth acting on.
