Why In-Depth is not simply a larger download
The difference is what the document contains, not how much of it there is. The Vitals Worklist names exactly where your unprotected sensitive files are, which makes it the most sensitive document this process produces. We would rather hand that over in a conversation than email it to an address we have never verified.
Asked before buying
What if the report finds nothing?
It has not happened yet. If it did, you would hold a document saying so, which has its own value. Every tenant assessed so far has produced at least one finding somebody acted on the same week.
What counts as 100 staff?
Licensed users in the tenant. Above that, tell us and we will quote — it is a larger scan rather than a different product, and the price scales with the work rather than per seat.
Is this a subscription?
No. One assessment, one payment, nothing renews. Come back when you choose — a second scan opens with exactly what changed since the first, and it is a decision you make rather than one a subscription makes for you.
What if access is never approved?
We refund you. The assessment needs a Global Administrator to approve read-only access. If that approval does not arrive we chase it three times over a month, then refund without you having to ask.
