VITALS

For IT providers

Which customers need your attention, why, and what to do next.

Vitals is not another console. It is the assessment layer that tells you where to point the tools you already run — and gives your customer a document they will actually read.

On one client

Where it earns its place

Three situations where a scored, evidenced report does something a console cannot, on any tenant a client lets you assess.

The tenant you have just inherited

A new client hands over an environment nobody has reviewed in four years. A report naming what the previous provider left behind — the standing consent grants, the dormant administrators, the domain anybody can send as — establishes what you took on, in writing, before you own the consequences.

Getting remediation approved

“Their SharePoint is untidy” loses to every other line on a budget. “Four third-party applications can read every mailbox, and here is the evidence for each one” does not. The report makes the case, which means you are not the one making it.

Proving the work landed

Re-scan after remediation and the report opens with what changed: what is resolved, what is new, and where the score moved. That is the document that gets next year's budget signed, and it is the one thing a point-in-time console cannot produce.

The portfolio view

Every customer, scored and ranked. Who moved, and why.

A Vitals Score for where a tenant stands; an Opportunity Score for what it needs. Where the work is, across your whole base, before the customer rings. Estimates are labelled as estimates, with the assumptions shown, and kept on your side of the curtain — the customer’s report never carries your margin.

Nothing to install in any tenant. One read-only consent per customer, and the view fills in.

What Vitals is not

They manage; Vitals assesses. We would rather you kept using them — Vitals tells you which tenant to open them on.

Not an RMM

No agents, no alerting, no patching.

Not CIPP

No standards enforcement, no bulk remediation. Keep running it.

Not CoreView

No administration console, no seat count across your base.

Vitals reads a tenant, read-only, and produces a document: what matters, why, what to do next. The doing stays with you and the tools you trust. Vitals vs Secure Score →

What is included

Per tenant, never per seat, and published here rather than described in a call.

Reports carry your name as standard. White-label — your brand alone, Vitals as the engine behind it — comes with the partner agreement, so a customer can be told “we use Vitals as our independent assessment engine” without being sent to anybody else.

The report's overall-health page: the score, the band scale and the six area scores

The document that goes in front of the customer — the sample report’s own pages, co-branded with your name on a real engagement.

Vitals is made by Innova Group. The engine is ours end to end, which is why it scores what we judge to matter rather than what a vendor chose to measure — and why it will refuse to call a tenant Copilot-ready while critical findings are open.

Included

  • Every customer tenant scored and ranked in one view — who needs attention, what changed, where the work is
  • Vitals Score and Opportunity Score per customer; estimates labelled as estimates, with the assumptions shown
  • Twenty-seven checks, read-only, app-only consent, on every tenant — with the evidence under every finding
  • Client-ready paginated report and PDF, co-branded with your name as standard
  • Re-scan comparison on every tenant — resolved, new, and where the score moved
  • Priced per tenant, never per seat

With the partner agreement

  • White-label reports — your brand, Vitals as the engine — under the partner agreement
  • Portfolio-level QBR output: what improved across your base, and what it was worth

Partners

Become a partner

Tell us how many tenants you look after and what you run today. You will get partner pricing, the agreement, and a person to talk to — usually the same day.

Or take the tenant you inherited and never had time to review, run one assessment on it, and judge Vitals on that.

Goes to a person, not a queue. No newsletter, no follow-up sequence.
